The Job Readiness & Life Skills Training component is the foundation of ELY. Participants attend workshops, information sessions, and other activities remotely or in-person at ELY Offices or partner worksites. Our training centers the job skills that Oregon’s employers deem most impactful and significant. We provide instruction in skills youth need to search and apply for a job, to interview successfully and effectively, and to secure and retain employment.
